About Harry Takhar
Harry left school with one ambition, to become a professional footballer. After failed trials with Southampton FC, he worked in Catering, Sales, Engineering and Transport sectors before going back to college.
At 23 Harry was introduced to the recruitment industry which he really enjoyed and was head hunted on numerous occasions. He went on to become Director of a large recruitment agency and eventually went on to set up many of his own recruitment agencies operating in general and niche markets with multi-million pound turnovers. He has worked with major brands in the UK and he knows what employers are looking for in prospective employees.
Harry believes that there is no greater ROI (return on investment) for mankind if you can harness the potential of individuals without judgment so that they can contribute positively to society.
Harry works with many businesses, schools and colleges, his core message is to empower individuals to maximise their true potential. He speaks about breaking false beliefs and patterns that can hold you back.
ESTABLISHED TRAINER Harry has trained over 1200 recruitment consultants, Managers and Directors. Today some are successful owners of their own companies or hold senior positions in businesses with multi-million pound turnovers.
